The Work Justice Firm is a law firm with a single focus: representing the rights and interests of workers across California, rather than employers, in matters spanning the full employment relationship — including hiring, wages and benefits, leaves of absence, workplace disputes, termination and layoffs, severance agreements, and workers' compensation benefits.

The firm's attorneys handle employment law issues including discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and whistleblower claims, and also represent workers in workers' compensation matters.

Clients are served on a contingency-fee basis: there are no upfront costs, and the firm collects attorney's fees and costs only after obtaining compensation for the client through a settlement or verdict.
