1. A few questions, in writing

   Four or five questions by email, answered on your own schedule. A short call works too, if you prefer to talk.

2. We write it up

   Your answers are edited for length and clarity. We do not add opinions you did not express.

3. You review it first

   The draft goes back to you before anything is published, so you can check facts and quotes.

4. Published in three languages

   The interview runs in English, Chinese and Spanish, and is linked from your firm's page in the directory.
