The firm is owned by Kathleen P. March, Esq., a former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge with, according to the firm's website, 14 years on the bankruptcy bench and more than 20 years as a bankruptcy attorney. She has been admitted to practice in California since 1978 and New York since 1975, and is the lead author of the Rutter Group's California Bankruptcy Practice Guide.

The practice handles Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Subchapter V Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, including motions, adversary proceedings and appeals, and offers a free initial consultation.
