Simkin & Associates, Inc. is a Los Angeles firm whose attorneys and support staff focus on real estate and business law, including purchase and sale agreements, landlord-tenant disputes, and probate and conservatorship matters.

Managing partner Michael J. Simkin founded the firm to provide Southern California clients with guidance across the full spectrum of commercial and residential real estate matters; he has been licensed to practice law in California since 1989, and is also licensed in New York and the District of Columbia.

An attorney personally handles each case from the initial meeting through final resolution, and the firm has represented clients through jury trials and appeals as well as negotiated resolutions. The firm also has a practice assisting Canadian individuals and businesses with U.S. immigration matters.
