Nosrati Law is a Century City employment law firm that, according to its website, represents employees only and does not take employer clients. The firm says it was founded in 2003 by Omid Nosrati, who was admitted to the California bar in December 2001 according to State Bar records. His firm biography lists a J.D. from Loyola Law School (2001) and a B.A. from UCLA (1997), admission to the federal district courts for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit, and memberships in the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Century City Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Rene Maldonado is a partner at the firm. State Bar records show he was admitted in June 2013, and his firm biography lists a J.D. from Southwestern Law School and a B.A. in political science from UCLA. The website lists three associate attorneys: Loveleen Dhote, Matthew Houlin and Daniela Sanchez.

The firm's practice areas are workplace discrimination, including pregnancy discrimination; sexual harassment; retaliation and whistleblower claims; wrongful termination; and wage and hour disputes. Nosrati's biography also mentions family and medical leave violations and employment class actions.
