The Law Offices of Nicholas Loncar was founded in 2012 by Nicholas M. Loncar, who is licensed by the California State Bar and holds a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and a B.A. from the College of William & Mary. Before founding the firm, he worked as an attorney with the San Diego County Alternate Public Defender's office, The Defender Association of Philadelphia, and the Federal Defender for the District of New Jersey. The firm is based on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.

The firm also includes of counsel attorneys Gary Labin and Damon Alimouri. Labin, a UCLA Law graduate licensed since 2002, previously served as a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney. Alimouri, a UC Davis Law graduate, previously worked with the Sacramento County Public Defender's office and the Los Angeles County Public Defender's office.

The firm handles criminal defense matters throughout Los Angeles County, including DUI, drug offenses, domestic violence, theft, violent crimes, weapons offenses, and other felony and misdemeanor cases.
