Morgan & Morgan is a national injury law firm, and its Los Angeles office is at 633 West Fifth Street, Suite 2200, in the Downtown Financial District near Pershing Square. The firm's California offices are led by managing partner Jared M. Wise. According to his firm biography, he represents clients in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, car crash and premises liability cases, practised at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Chicago before joining Morgan & Morgan, and is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago's law school. State Bar records show he was admitted to the California bar in January 2025.

The Los Angeles office page lists a roster of attorneys. Among those based at the Fifth Street office are Katherine Smith, admitted in California in November 2021 according to State Bar records, whom the firm describes as a personal injury attorney who studied law at Southwestern Law School and previously worked at Los Angeles personal injury trial firms; and Roxane Ferdows, admitted in November 2023, who handles personal injury cases and, according to the firm, works in English and Farsi. The roster also includes lawyers whose firm biographies place them in other states, so it is not a head count of the Los Angeles office.

According to the office page, the Los Angeles team handles car, truck, motorcycle, rideshare, bicycle and bus crashes, slip-and-fall and other unsafe-property claims, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and product liability cases. The firm's Los Angeles pages also cover labor and employment matters such as unpaid overtime, and Social Security disability claims.
