DK Law is a personal injury firm founded in 2014 by Daniel Kim, its founder and managing partner. Kim's firm biography says he served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 2003 to 2009 as a paralegal, with assignments in Seoul and Iraq. He earned a B.S. in business administration and management from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007 and a J.D. from Chapman University School of Law in 2012. The State Bar of California lists his license as active and records his admission on December 3, 2013.

Matt Taylor serves as senior partner and director of litigation. He earned a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Irvine in 2003 and a J.D., cum laude, from Whittier Law School in 2007, where he edited the Law Review. Before joining DK Law, Taylor spent more than a decade at a national law firm in Los Angeles, where he became a partner and handled matters including personal injury, premises liability, product defects, business disputes and medical malpractice. His California license is active, with an admission date of December 4, 2007.
